As the title goes, I am here with a mouse that is at a very reasonable price compared to the spec it's offering, the performance I am getting, and the durability I am having. At least, my one year and five months of using experience say so. Price, I would mention its price first, it's tagged around 1k BDT (10$) and at this price point, this one is worth every penny. Trust me, I am super impressed and that's why I brought it before you guys.
Fantech Crypto VX7, there is a word crypto in its name but it's nothing so special with that name related to this field, hahaha, don't get confused. To be honest, this particular word drew my attention when I was looking for a mouse at this budget, saw some reviews, and went for it in 2021. First of all, it has a DPI of 8000, completely insane. Coming from a lower DPI mouse I was struggling at first. Don't worry, it has a DPI control dedicated button. You can switch between lower and higher DPI as per your preference. In the beginning, I started from low and took a few weeks to adapt to higher numbers step by step. Now, I can freely fly with 8000 DPI which is really helpful especially when you have a bigger screen or a dual setup that I have now.
RGB is important for an aesthetic look and as we all know, More RGB means More FPS so it's a must-have around you. Jokes apart, there are a few modes for the RGB which can be controlled from the software. Yeah, it does have software too. You can navigate those extra buttons, RGB, and DPI through that software. Actually, I didn't expect a software support at this price point, that's also very helpful to navigate this mouse with a graphical interface.
This one is little in size, and very lightweight. Before this, I used to use the same sized mouse so shifting to this one wasn't uncomfortable at all as I was already comfortable with this shape. I think my hand is pretty big, I mean not smaller still I am comfortable with its size and lightweight. 1.8m Nylon Braided USB Cable which is too strong, not like the rubber ones and it was a relief for me as I always prefer Nylon Braided cables over those rubber ones. The build quality is also pretty decent, no way to feel cheap, anyone would confirm that this one is actually a solid build.
So after using this mouse for almost a year and a half, I am more than satisfied, it has just exceeded all of my expectations, I didn't think this one would last this much longer with any kind of disturbance and I am pretty sure that this one would serve me in the coming days too. Fantech offers so many budget-friendly stuff and that's quite impressive, you may have noticed that mousepad which is showing the Fantech logo, yeah that's Firefly, that's also an amazing one that I got as a gift from a sweet big brother.
Let's cut it short, if you are looking for a mouse with some amazing specs and you are on a tight budget then consider this one, I would say go for it. Good stuff, and would serve you more than your expectations.
