My son broke our clock while playing football in the living area!
It was a gift at our wedding from a precious person who is no more. So there's no way we are gonna throw away the clock but repair it.
Also, as I used powered eyeglasses; I always keep a spare pair for emergencies or keep that in my bag. Recently I felt like the glasses I'm using got some scratches and I need to change that. Yeah, I could just change the glass, not the frame. But my husband decided to buy me one. And who wouldn't agree with this offer!
This is the backstory of my #MarketFriday.
Let me share some more photos.
This is not a huge shopping mall, just a regular one near my living area. It has a decent amount of clock and spectacles shops. We reached very late and many shops were closing down. Fortunately, one shop agreed to replace the glass of the clock and fixed the hour hands.
This is the clock I'm talking about. It's nothing fancy but means a lot to me.
The market was closing down!
I was looking for an optics shop.
Found one who sells spectacles and clocks/watches at the same place.
And I decided to have this one. I think it would be good for regular wear.
Here in Bangladesh we have all the replicas of brand products. From bags to shoes, from clocks to eyeglasses; you can find anything and everything with the brand names. But know that 99% are them are replicas. The original ones are available in certain places though with high prices than usual/tag price.
Those replicas are tagged as first-class/masterpiece replicas, or second-class replicas depending on their quality and price. We are so used to buying this stuff. Maybe it sounds kind of crazy to you.
Anyway, it was a short visit, we got our work done and came back home. That was productive #marketFriday, that's all I can say.
Have a blissful day, everyone.
