Preparation.
First, sugar, water, milk, etc. are boiled in a pan for Ten to Fifteen minutes. This way the sugar will melt and mix with the other ingredients .This hot mixture or pure sugar syrup is then poured out of the container to cool. Once cooled, the sticky sugar mixture or lye is lifted and tied into a ring. Usually, after a few minutes, two people work together to complete the process of stretching the sticky mixture. This creates a hollow inside and the color turns white. The hollow parts are folded repeatedly, so that many holes are formed. Then they are left on the table for a while and then cut into pieces of convenient size. Then these pieces are smeared with sesame seeds with the help of hands.
