This snack is very popular in Korea, so I thought I should try it myself and share the recipe with you as well. I made it for the very first time, and trust me, it turned out incredibly yummy. So I felt like sharing the recipe with you too.

3.corn flour,
4.rice flour.
For sauce 🥫:
1.chili flex ,
2.salt ,
3.soy sauce,
4.Tomato sauce,
5.garlic,
6.coriander leaves,
7.cooking oil .

First of all, I will take 3–4 potatoes, cut them nicely, wash them well, and then boil them.
Once the potatoes are fully boiled, you have to drain all the water from them properly. Then I will mash the potatoes nicely using a fork. You can also mash them with your hands if you want, but I feel that using a fork makes it much easier to mash them smoothly and evenly.
Now, I will add a little salt, 1 cup of flour, and 1 cup of corn flour to the mashed potatoes and mix everything together nicely. I’ll apply a little mustard oil to my hands, shape the potato dough into a ball, and press it lightly. Then I’ll use the mouth of a bottle to make a simple design on top.
You can give them any shape you like.
Then, take a bowl of water, bring it to a boil on high flame, and once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low. After that, gently add the potato dough pieces into the water. Boil them for about 5 minutes.
Do not stir them, otherwise they may break. You have to do this step very carefully.
Once they are done boiling, take the dough pieces out with a strainer and dip them into cold water. Then drain the water completely.
For sauce:🥫
In a bowl, add chili flakes, soy sauce, tomato sauce, garlic, coriander leaves, and a little salt, then mix everything well. After that, pour some hot oil into the mixture, and your yummy sauce will be ready.
You can also make this same sauce and enjoy it with any other snacks.
Now, pour the sauce over the potato dough pieces, and your tasty Korean snack is ready to serve.
