Ingredients:π
1.Pasta (any type) β 1 cup
2.Oil β 2 tablespoons
3.Garlic (finely chopped) β 1 teaspoon
4.Onion (sliced or chopped) β 1 medium
5.Tomato (chopped) β 2 medium
6.Carrot (thinly sliced or chopped) β Β½ cup
7.Green chili (optional) β 1, finely chopped
8.Salt β to taste
9.Black pepper β Β½ teaspoon
10.Red chili flakes β Β½ teaspoon
11.Oregano or mixed herbs β Β½ teaspoon
12.Water β 2β3 tablespoons (if needed).
Process:ππ
Boil the pasta in salted water until soft. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic lightly.
Add onion and green chili, cook until soft.
Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft and slightly saucy.
Add carrot, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and herbs. Mix well.
Add a little water if needed and cook until carrots are tender.
Add the boiled pasta and toss everything together nicely.
Cook for 1β2 minutes and serve hot π
