Today I will show you how to make a yummy cutlet using soya bori (soya nuggets). After eating it, no one will be able to tell that itβs made from soya boriβit will taste just like chicken! So, letβs share the recipe with you all.
Ingredients:π§
1.Soya Bori ,
2.Tomato sauce,
3.Onion,
4.green chilli ,
5.Salt ,
6.Coriander leaves,
7.Ginger paste.
Process:π§
First, boil the soya bori in water with a little salt for a few minutes. Drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture. Then mash the soya bori well.
Next, add chopped onion, green chilli, garlic paste, tomato sauce, chopped coriander leaves, and salt to the mashed soya bori. Mix everything very well until it forms a smooth mixture.
Now, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cutlets.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Shallow fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Once done, remove them from the pan and place them on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Our delicious soya bori cutlets are now ready to serve. Enjoy them hot with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice!
