I'm excited that 
So, who is my favourite LOLitician? His name is Mr. Udom Gabriel Emmanuel and he is the executive governor of Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria. There are a few things I will say about this politician.
What attracted me to him during the period he was campaigning for his second term as governor was his campaign theme which was "Only God." I liked him for the fact that he was depending on God for his winning his election. He didn't practice a fierce, do or die kind of politics. In the end God saw him through and he won at the polls.
Moving forward, Udom Emmanuel was a banker before venturing into politics. Hence, he knows how to manage and maximize the funds at his disposal. In the former government, there were too many extravagant spending but since he came into power, we tend to not see a lot of that. Because of this reason, some persons dislike him but on the other hand, it is a good thing.
He has been able to make everyone get on their feet and work. There are very few lazy people in Akwa Ibom State because each man is trying hard to make money. We tend to have many entrepeneurs now in the state because there is no more free money.
Also, this man has been able to make Akwa Ibom State a very peaceful place of residence. Before now, there used to be frequent cases of kidnapping and armed robbery attacks in the state. But all of that have changed. Young men no longer go about disrupting the peace of the state because they are spending their time trying to make legal ends meet.
More so, he has pink lips!😆😆
As we all know, there are always two sides to every coin. Udom Gabriel Emmanuel is very far from being a saint though because he has his own flaws. Sometimes, his flaws seem to becloud his strengths. He is a man that believes in industrialization and wealth creation but he has ended up to living to is manifesto and promises.
He promised to build industries in the state and funnily enough, during his campaign, he said he was going to build industries in every local government area but that is a joke now. Right now in the state, we can't boost of one functional industry in the state where the citizens are being used employed. But over the radios and televisions, we hear that there industries in the state. Laughable, right?
Also, pensioneers are not being treated well. They suffer too much before getting their pensions. I hope this changes.
On the whole, Udom Gabriel is a good man and he is trying his best. I like him and I don't hate him. I hope he moves Akwa Ibom State to a greater level.
