Many of us don’t know about sleeping paralysis, even we use to believe some superstation regarding this issue. I used this as an issue because we can’t actually define it as a disease. It actually a symptom that shows the imbalances of a human body.
Doctors acknowledged it as source of psychiatric problems
Actually, when a human body is going through that paralysis, they become conscious but they can’t move and in the meantime, they become nervous and can’t even talk.
From the ancient time, sleeping paralysis used to consider as evil presence where evil tries to terror the helpless humans at night.
But in this modern era of #medical_science, sleep researchers stated that, “sleep paralysis is simply a sign that your body is not moving smoothly through the stages of sleep”. They also mentioned that, four out of every 10 people may have sleeping paralysis. Following that medical terms, this sleeping disorder may run in families or otherwise there are some common factors which has a great role for imbalances:
- Lack of sleep
- Sleep schedule that changes
- Mental conditions such as stress or bipolar disorder
- Sleeping on the back
- Other sleep problems such as narcolepsy
- Use of certain medications, such as those for ADHD
- Fear of Dark or something in night

So now what should you do if you are facing such kind of disorder in your daily life. A good news is that, most of this disorder only can solve by own self, if you have occasional sleep paralysis then you can take some steps at home to control this disorder.
