Although the storm and the attacks of January 3rd in Venezuela have passed, the expectation of improvement is still in the air. However, that recovery requires time; it is estimated that a turnaround will only begin to be seen in the second half of the year, as we are just starting to see symptoms of sanctions being lifted—such as the return of Uphold, which had been out of Venezuela for 4 years due to those sanctions.

We were in a situation where we lacked the ingredients to make breakfast, but we had "Nutricerial" (a nutritious corn and rice-based drink). Searching the internet, as I had done with other products and recipes, I looked for how to make Nutricerial pancakes without flour. I added 6 eggs and other ingredients, but I couldn't get the pancake consistency right. I kept adding eggs and eventually had to ask for some wheat flour, but in the end, I still couldn't achieve the correct texture.

Even though I only managed to make small pancakes, in the midst of the struggle, I let my daughter take over. She showed me something that had appeared by pure chance: it looked exactly like a pancake cat. That small, random act brought us so much joy because my daughter loves cats.

VERSION EN ESPAÑOL

Aunque actualmente después de la tormenta y los ataques del 3 de enero en Venezuela y la expectativa de mejora aun esta en el aire, sin embargo esa recuperación requiere tiempo y se estima que en el segundo semestre es que se empezara a ver una mejora, ya que se ven los síntomas de que se esta liberando sanciones, como por ejemplo el regreso de uphold que tenia 4 años fuera de Venezuela y eso fue debido a las sanciones.

Así estábamos en momentos con falta de insumos para hacer el desayuno pero teniendo el producto nutricerial que se compone de maíz y arroz y es una bebida nutritiva, pero buscando en el internet así como había hecho con otros productos y recetas, como hacer panquecas de nutricerial sin harina, le coloque 6 huevos y otras cosas sin harina pero no podía hacer la panqueca, seguí agregando huevos y después tuve que pedir algo de harina de trigo y al final no logre la consistencia correcta para hacer las panquecas.

Aunque no logre si no hacer panquecas pequeñas, de tanto hacer en medio de la dificultad mi hija que la deje hacer esas panquecas me mostro esto que salió como si fuera un gato de panqueca, así ese pequeño acto aleatorio dio una alegría por que mi hija le gusta a los gatos.
