My friend once visited St. Petersburg. But her visit was short. I promised her to show her my city and suburbs in photographs from my archive. Today I found one of these folders.
On that day, we left the Gorkovskaya metro station and ended up in Aleksandrovsky Park. It was 2013. It was October, but the grass and some of the foliage were still green. Although most of the trees are wearing gold dresses.
After walking a little through the park, we went to the Neva to cross it across the Troitsky bridge and get to the Mikhailovsky Garden. By the way, I already wrote once that Sir Eiffel, the author of the famous tower in Paris, was involved in the birth of the Trinity Bridge.
On the other side of the Lebyazhya Kanavka is the Summer Garden. But we are going forward to the Mikhailovsky Castle. Mikhailovsky Garden is located next to it. How many namesakes ... :)
These photos are from the Summer Garden. We still entered it. Swans live here permanently, they have their own house.
And now you can see the facade of the Mikhailovsky Garden with access to the Moika.
As usual, the weather was cloudy. It is good that it was dry and without rain. This is common for our city. But it doesn't make it worse. There are charms in this weather.
