Before the Summer break we have been hunting the letter O in the #AlphabetHunt Challenge hosted by great Barbara 
Now, the Summer break is finally over and we can hunt again 😁 so, this week we hunt the next letter in the Alphabet, which is the Letter "P": It's Back To School for #AlphabetHunt ! Letter P is pawing =D.

Pyramidenkogel
About a month ago during my ride to work I saw a colorful sunrise behind me in my motorbike's mirrors. And when I was on the road along the lake I could see how beautiful the Pyramidenkogel was lit by the morning sun. A pink colored cloud was laying like a snake over the hill and let only the top of the Observation Tower look through.

I work in a little village at the north shore of lake Wörthersee (see on Google Maps) and the Pyramidenkogel is in the south.

Paragliding
There's a reservoir in the east of my hometown Klagenfurt where I often walking and from where I have posted quite some photos over the past few years (see on Google Maps). To the north of the reservoir there is the Radsberg mountain from where I often can see Paragliders flying down to the valley.

Although I have never tried this sport I think I would prefer skydiving, although I haven't done this yet either 😉

Praying Mantis
About two weeks ago I have already posted my meeting with this beautiful little creature (ain't she sweet?), but I have known I have to keep one image of the green lady "P" hunt 😉

Phenomenon
Many things can be called a Phenomenon, and this one I have seen only a couple of days ago from a mountain nearby and as with the Praying Mantis I have already made a post (Fighting Gods ), but kept a few images for the "P" hunt.

While the Halos are caused by the sun or the moon interacting with ice crystals in the atmosphere, a rainbow is caused by reflection of light in water droplets in the air. This one I have seen about 2 years ago at the reservoir and it was actually a double rainbow, although the second bow above can't be seen very good.

Paris Quadrifolia
Paris quadrifolia, also called the herb-paris or true lover's knot - I don'tknow this plant all my life long, but I have to admit, that I don't know anything about it, except the fact that the whole plant is toxic.

Poppy Flower
I like the Poppy flowers, but I haven't photographed them a lot. These photos I have taken in my parent's garden and they show the blossom, the flower bud and the seed capsule.

Somehow I like the seed capsules of the Poppy and I have taken quite some photos of them lately. After editing the photos I might even make a separate post just about the Poppy Seed Capsules (or use it for the "S" hunt ;).

Well, that was it for this week's hunt - I have found and shared 6 words starting with P and now I have some time to search for the next letter, but I am not sure if the hunt for the Q will be as successful as the hunts before 😄
