On The Hunt for Letter "P"....

Yesterday my wife and myself were back at the supermarket doing our fruit and veggie shopping but also on the hunt for the Hive account@alphabethunt contest run by Hive account@barbara-orenya and this week begins the hunt for letter "P" so follow us down the aisles and see what we can find starting with the letter "P" honestly this reminds me of the little games we use to play as kids , i spy with my little eye i am sure we have all played this game at some stage of our childhood life anyway lets move on.

Let's start of with a triple hint with some vegetables and herbs that i am sure we have all used and are very familiar with Parsnips , Peas and Parsley a combination that goes very well in a roast dinner and i don't need to tell you what our mum's use to say to us eat your veggies and you will be a strong and clever little girl or boy well that's what my mum use to tell us and i am still eating my veggies till today and still loving them 😊

And here we have a double hint with more fabulous veggies Potatoes and Pumpkins also a must with our roast lamb or beef dinners and there are many varieties of Potatoes and Pumpkins each having it's specified use depending what it is cooked or roasted with and of course all are high in vitamins , minerals having great benefits for our body and soul

Now comes some mouth watering fruits and this is another triple hint here we have the Pawpaw , Pineapple and Papaya. The Pawpaw is not to be mistaken with the Papaya the Pawpaw is round and the Papaya is long and both have a different taste the Pawpaw is not as sweet as the Papaya but are both know to be the fruit of the Angels with countless amounts of benefits for the human body and the medical industries.

And as for Pineapple well they have countless vitamins and minerals and can be used in many ways as with pineapple juice , in cocktails and various dishes.

Passionfruits are one of my favorite fruits whether eaten straight out of the fruit shell , mixed in smoothies , placed in desserts they have so much flavor and the aroma of the passionfruits is just so inviting.

Pears are another wonderful delicious fruit coming in many varieties here i have the brown pear , green pear and comice pear all having there different taste and flavors and no which pear i pick up to eat i love them all.

Peaches and Plums who doesn't love Peaches and Plums these fruits are off this planet extraordinary yummy fruits whether it be a yellow peach , white peach or a blood plum , red plum or green plum these fruits have so much goodness about them that i can't begin to tell you and the jams of these fruits are just sensational.
