'J' is for...……….
Here is my #Alphabethunt entry for this weeks challenge organised by
JASMINE:
Jasmine flowers (Jasminum Polyanthum) are also called pink or white jasmine. They are believed to have originated from the Himalayas in western China. This climbing evergreen flower is characterized by five petalled, star shaped flowers.
Both the pink and white versions of jasmine have an irresistible fragrance which fills the air in the summertime.
JUG:
I captured this old vintage jug at a local market and found an ideal digital edit to emphasize its beautiful shape whilst creating unique textures.
JUICE:
There is never a wrong time to indulge in a refreshing and healthy glass of Orange Juice. Add a few blocks of ice and a nautical straw and you can pretend you are sailing the seven seas on the top deck of a cruise ship...…..which just so happened to be where I was, when I captured this image.
JEWELLERY:
These beautiful earrings are made from the gorgeous paua shell located in New Zealand.
JACARANDA FLOWERS:
Jacarandas (Jacaranda Mimosifoila) make a vibrant statement on their own but in a group they are even more beautiful. They are native to Brazil where they are deciduous due to monsoonal wet seasons. Jacaranda is the name of a genus of 49 species of trees and shrubs.
Here is a single jacaranda bloom surrounded by sunlit, feathery leaves.
JETTY:
This is the Redcliffe Jetty situated in the center of the Redcliffe Peninsula in Queensland, Australia.
THANK YOU FOR VIEWING. HAVE A GREAT DAY.
