In 1993, Eastern Championship Wrestling (ECW) featured its alliance with the W*ING (Wrestling International New Generations) promotion from Japan. This preceded ECW's alliance with FMW, which was led by Onita, which happened a few years later.
The WING promotion folded in 1994 due to financial losses, but there were several matches in ECW which featured WING wrestlers. These included names such as:
Crash The Terminator
Freddie Krueger
Kintaro (W*ING) Kanemura
Miguelito Perez (Miguel Perez Jr.)
Mitsuhiro Matsunaga (Mr. Danger)
Mr. Motegi (Masayoshi Motegi)
The Headhunters (Headhunter A and Headhunter B)

W*ING rebooted in 1995 and had several ECW wrestlers appear on its "rebirth show". Names from ECW, by this time now "Extreme Championship Wrestling", included:
Jason Knight
Pitbull #1
Sandman
Other W*ING alumni also wrestled for ECW, but just not as a part of the cross-promotion during the time of the promotions' short-lived alliance in 1993. These include:
Dick Murdoch
Eddie Gilbert
Gedo
Ivan Koloff
Jado
Jason The Terrible
Kevin Sullivan
Scotty The Body (later in ECW as Raven)
Taka Michinoku
Tazmaniac
Terry Boy
The Great Sasuke
Tom Prichard
