On October 1, 2000 ECW held a successful PPV event in St. Paul Minnesota: Anarchy Rulz 2000. The announced attendance was 4600, beating out a previous Minnesota crowd earlier in the year by nearly 2000 more people.
It also happened to be the company's second-to-last PPV event outside of New York City. November to Remember 2000 took place at the Odeum (outside Chicago) on November 5, 2000 - drawing also an announcd 4600 fans. The company then help both the final Massacre on 34th Street in December 2000 and Guilty As Charged 2001 pay per view events at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan, NY. Announced attendance for those final two PPV events in Manhattan were 2600 and 2500 respectively.

The above video, found on the Kyle Shiely YouTube channel, was uploaded a month ago on October 2, 2025. Kyle had done work for ECW including some photography for the company's website (https://ECWwrestling.com). He conducted several interviews with talent right after the Anarchy Rulz PPV event.
A couple discussed the potential for ECW to go onto the USA Network, as then-WWF had joined the TNN Network on Monday nights - while ECW was still on the same network on Friday nights. Interestingly, the ECW on TNN TV show aired its final episode on October 6, 2000 - just 5 days after these interviews were conducted: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECW_on_TNN
Joel Gertner, the first interview in the video, had a significant amount to say about ECW, TNN, the possibility at the time of replacing WWF (now WWE) on the USA Network - even if at different time slots outside of prime time. This is a little known set of interviews with the talent from that St. Paul PPV event - including Jerry Lynn, who won the ECW World Heavyweight Championship earlier that evening.
It is interesting to hear how optimistic the wrestlers were at the time about getting onto a new network and their perceptions on ECW's potential heading into 2001.
