About the nft's, you can put them into mining, check out Hive account@wrestorgonline posts about mining. As you only have a couple of cards, don't expect a lot of mining rewards though. The mining is a raffle system, where every hour 50 winners are picked. Every nft is worth a certain amount of points. Hive account@tobias-g is putting out a weekly mining report to have an idea how many 'raffle tickets' are participating in the mining.

About the land, congratz with your first city! Hive account@jfuji recently wrote a series of articles about all possible cities, so check that one out about your 3/3/1* to get some more impressions ;)
