There’s something about the ocean that makes everything feel lighter.
Maybe it’s the sound of the waves.
Maybe it’s the fresh air.
Or maybe it’s just the feeling of letting go for a while and enjoying the moment without worrying about anything else.
I spend most of my days being disciplined—teaching, staying active, training, planning. And I’m grateful for that version of me. But moments like this remind me that happiness can also be simple.
A smile.
Cold water.
A peaceful afternoon at the beach.
And honestly, I think balance is learning how to work hard while still allowing yourself to enjoy life fully. Not every moment has to be productive. Some moments are just meant to be lived 🌴💫
