Greetings to everyone in the Top Family community! Today I'm joining you to share a new photo and anecdote with you on this TBT Thursday. For anyone who wants to join the contest, I'll be leaving the link at the end of the post. With that said, let's get started.
This time, I'm sharing a photo from 2023, when I visited Madame Tussauds wax museum in Las Vegas. During that visit, my sister and I made an effort to see some of the city's most attractive places and others we had in mind from other sources, like this one. So one day, we went to explore everything and entered the museum. I don't really remember the entrance fee, but it's affordable. The museum offers wax figures of various famous figures throughout history, very exact replicas of them, so when you stand in front of them, you can almost believe you're standing next to a real person. Except (obviously) for the obvious. One space in the museum offered a more dynamic and playful alternative, where you could interact with the sculptures in a different way.
One of them is Nicolas Cage in a set from the movie "Leaving Las Vegas" (which, by the way, is a pretty good movie). There, you could put on a dress and walk down the aisle, taking several photographs as if it were a real wedding. This particular moment was very funny and I quite enjoyed it. Jokingly, I told my sister that I finally had the wedding everyone dreams of in those chapels everywhere in Las Vegas, haha. It's a memory that makes me smile every time I look at it. ¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Top Family! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir con ustedes una nueva fotografía y anécdota en este Jueves de TBT. Para todo aquel que desee unirse en el concurso estaré dejando el enlace al final de publicación. Dicho esto comencemos.
En esta oportunidad traigo una fotografía del año 2023, cuando visité el museo de cera "Madame Tussauds", en Las Vegas. Durante esa visita, mi hermana y yo hicimos un esfuerzo por conocer algunos de los lugares más atractivos de la ciudad y otros que que teníamos en mente por otras referencias, como este. Por lo que un buen día nos fuimos a recorrer todo y entramos al museo. Realmente no recuerdo el precio de la entrada, pero es asequible. El museo ofrece figuras de cera de varios personajes famosos a través de la historia, siendo réplicas muy exactas de los mismos, por lo que al estar frente a ellos casi puedes creer que estas al lado de una persona real. Exceptuando (claramente) por lo evidente. Un espacio del museo ofrecía una alternativa más dinámica y juguetona, en la cual podías interactuar de forma diferente con las esculturas.
Una de ellas es la de Nicolas Cage en un escenario montado de la película "Leaving Las Vegas" (que por cierto, es una película bastante buena). Allí podías ponerte un vestido y caminar por el altar, tomar varias fotografías cómo si de una boda real se tratara. Este momento en particular fue muy cómico y lo disfrute bastante. Echando broma le decía a mi hermana que por fin tuve la boda que todos sueñan tener en esas capillas que hay por doquier en Las Vegas jajaja. Es un recuerdo que cada que lo veo me saca una sonrisa. La complicidad de hermanas y el juego detras de todo ello. Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí. Nos vemos la próxima semana.
