Anoche hizo un poco de frío, un frío que no tenía pinta de ser muy normal, en varias ocasiones me desperté miré al cielo y a lo lejos parecía ver unos relámpagos, algunos eran bastante grandes, pero otros ni tantos. Aun así, pude dormir tranquilo y cómodo.
Last night was a little cold, a cold that did not seem to be very normal, several times I woke up and looked at the sky and in the distance I seemed to see some lightning, some were quite large, but others not so many. Even so, I was able to sleep peacefully and comfortably.
Al despertar el clima era bastante diferente al de anoche, una calma casi total, el viento era un poco frío, muy agradable para la hora, pero que al pasar del día iría desapareciendo. El cielo había amanecido despejado completamente.
When I woke up the weather was quite different from last night, an almost total calm, the wind was a little cold, very pleasant for the hour, but as the day went by it would disappear. The sky had dawned completely clear.
Me aseé y monté a hacer el café a fuego lento mientras iba a trotar por la arena y la playa sola. Solo fueron unos 30 minutos, al regresar el café estaba hirviendo, apagué la hornilla eléctrica y me serví el café en la taza, ahora tocaba enfriarlo.
I cleaned myself up and went to make coffee on low heat while I went for a jog on the sand and the beach alone. It was only about 30 minutes, when I returned the coffee was boiling, I turned off the electric stove and poured the coffee in the cup, now it was time to cool it down.
Después me puse a pensar en las opciones para desayunar, quería algo bastante ligero y fácil de hacer, por eso saqué un bold pequeño, cereal y unas pasas grandes, y para remojar leche, un desayuno ligero y con bastante fibra, ya me tocaba mucha harina puede ser perjudicial a la larga, es bueno combinar las comidas y balancearlas.
Then I started to think about the options for breakfast, I wanted something quite light and easy to make, so I took out a small bold, cereal and some big raisins, and to soak milk, a light breakfast and with enough fiber, I already had a lot of flour can be harmful in the long run, it is good to combine meals and balance them.
La playa por lo que veía hoy sería un día bastante solo, se sentía una paz agradable y un ambiente muy relajante con el único sonido de fondo, las olas al romper en la orilla. Pero el clima al parecer no sería tan tranquilo, ya empezaban a formarse a lo lejos unas nubes que tenían pinta de traer bastante lluvia.
The beach from what I could see today would be a pretty lonely day, there was a pleasant peace and a very relaxing atmosphere with the only sound in the background, the waves breaking on the shore. But the weather seemed to be not so calm, clouds were beginning to form in the distance that looked like they would bring a lot of rain.
Para el medio día las nubes se estaban formado por mi norte, justo frente a mis ojos, de mientras estaba sentado leyendo un pequeño libro que había llevado, con el título “Mi experiencia al sobrevivir a un naufragio”, el cual trataba todo lo que vivió aquel marinero luego de que su embarcación no aguantara una terrible tormenta.
By midday the clouds were forming to my north, right in front of my eyes, while I was sitting reading a small book I had brought with me, with the title "My experience surviving a shipwreck", which dealt with everything that sailor went through after his boat did not withstand a terrible storm.
Las olas comenzaban a cambiar, de pequeñas y tranquilas a grandes y ruidosas, el viento frío comenzaba nuevamente a asomarse. Mientras todo eso pasaba, pensé que podía hacer para comer, reposar y acostarme para no ver como caía aquel diluvio sobre mí.
The waves were beginning to change, from small and calm to big and noisy, the cold wind was beginning to appear again. While all this was happening, I thought about what I could do to eat, rest and lie down so as not to see how that deluge would fall on me.
Para hoy me hice arroz, con trocitos de pechuga de pollo cortadas en cuadritos, guisantes y sus respectivos aliños. Una comida sencilla de preparar y muy deliciosa. También es fácil de procesar y muy nutritiva. Por lo que después de comer me puse a lavar todo lo que ensucié.
For today I made rice, with diced chicken breast, peas and their respective dressings. A simple meal to prepare and very delicious. It is also easy to process and very nutritious. So after eating I started to wash everything I had soiled.
Al salir nuevamente al aire libre, me doy cuenta que el temporal pareciera estarse moviendo a mi derecha. Pues yo me acosté en la cama y no afuera, y continué leyendo el libro hasta que me quedé dormido.
When I went outdoors again, I noticed that the storm seemed to be moving to my right. So I lay down on the bed and not outside, and continued reading the book until I fell asleep.
Al despertarme el temporal ahora estaba completamente a mi derecha y se apreciaba como estaba lloviendo a lo lejos, pero no aquí, porque todo estaba seco, aunque todavía seguía estando un tiempo bastante feo.
When I woke up the storm was now completely to my right and it was raining in the distance, but not here, because everything was dry, although the weather was still pretty bad.
Hoy por el mal tiempo no me quise bañar, dicen que es malo, pero por precaución no lo hice, porque mi cuerpo y mente me lo pedían, pero no todo es malo, al otro lado de la playa estaba un ocaso bastante increíble y hermoso. Nublado, pero no deja de ser único.
Today because of the bad weather I did not want to swim, they say it is bad, but as a precaution I did not do it, because my body and mind asked me to, but not everything is bad, on the other side of the beach was a sunset quite incredible and beautiful. Cloudy, but still unique.
De cena usé una pizza congelada, tipo instantánea, de las que con solo meter un tiempo determinado en el microondas ya esta lista, saqué una bastante sencilla tipo margarita, pero con trozos de tomate. Había quedado bastante esponjosa a pesar de quitarle 30 segundos al tiempo recomendado.
For dinner I used a frozen pizza, instant type, of those that just put a certain time in the microwave and is ready, I got a pretty simple margarita type, but with pieces of tomato. It was quite fluffy despite taking 30 seconds off the recommended time.
Luego me fui a dormir temprano pues ya comenzaba a escuchar los truenos, que cada vez sonaban más duro y eran más constantes. Un relámpago alumbro todo por dentro, tanto así que me despertó, pensé que había alguien alumbrando con una linterna dentro de la camioneta, pero no.
Then I went to bed early because I started to hear the thunder, which sounded louder and louder and was more constant. A lightning flash lit up everything inside, so much so that it woke me up, I thought there was someone shining a flashlight inside the truck, but no. It only rained for a few minutes.
A pesar de todo solo llovió un poco, sentí cuando estaba lloviendo, pero tampoco era algo descomunal, era más como una lluvia para refrescar el ambiente.
In spite of everything it only rained a little, I felt when it was raining, but it was not something huge, it was more like a rain to refresh the environment.
