I see several people and some buildings, but where I see some food stalls, I don't see them as street vendors. I think one of them is selling tamales, or maybe it's me who's craving something. I also see a stall, I think, selling chips, and I also think there's a carnitas stall.

The truth is, I'm already craving food after seeing all this. Let's talk about the people selling food on the street because there are things we don't know about behind them, but we'll get into that later.

Every time we go out to work, we can see many of them already set up or just opening very early so they can sell their produce to people who didn't have time to eat or were looking for something to eat on the way. They tend to be among the first to arrive, plus the different types of climates that pass by, from strong winds to oppressive cold.

In addition, when you move to work, at least from my country of origin, you have to go first to obtain a permit to be able to sell, which has a monthly fee that you have to pay. If you don't have this permit, you can be fined or all your produce can be taken away, or even confiscated so you can't sell.

Although I also know that there are programs to exempt them from these payments, they only apply to certain cases, such as people with disabilities, so they can support themselves with some type of business. I think these types of programs are very good because they should only worry about their sales to support themselves and not have to worry about making this payment, but about other things.

Although there is also the other side of the coin: stalls that don't pay any type of permit, which are located in certain places that don't really need these types of permits. But there are situations that happen, but this situation can happen to anyone, where they have to pay a floor fee so they don't get hurt, which is a real concern.

Because with all the effort they make to support themselves, if that is their only source of income, they have no choice but to avoid being hurt and continue selling because they have no other solution, although there may be another solution, without my knowledge.

There's also informal commerce, but I know there are places where it's more critical because as soon as they see them, they're picked up and their merchandise confiscated. It's become so much so that vendors are watching out for each other that every time they see the police, they arrest those they pick up from informal commerce.

They inform them so they can leave immediately. If only they could see how their stalls are set up, so they can be seen and dismantled very quickly, so they can leave as quickly as possible before anyone notices or gets caught.

I feel that everyone experiences different difficult situations that become more complicated every day in one way or another. I hope this isn't the case for everyone, but that they could be much more relaxed selling their products or services without being abused by these vendors.

Veo a varias personitas y unos edificios, pero en donde veo algunos puestos de comida, pero no veo que sean puestos ambulantes, pero creo o que uno es de tamales o seré yo que ando con antojos en donde también veo un puesto creo o que están vendiendo papitas y también creo que hay un puesto de carnitas.

La verdad ya tengo muchos antojos de comida al ver todo esto, pero habláramos por el lado de las personas que venden comida en la calle debido a que hay cosas que no sabemos que hay detrás de ellos, pero iremos tocando.

Cada vez que uno sale a trabajar podemos ver muchos de ellos que ya se están instalados o apenas abriendo desde muy temprano debido para que puedan vender el producto a las personas que no les dio tiempo de comer o buscan comer algo de camino, pasan de ser de los primeros en llegar además los distintos tipos de climas que van pasando desde vientos fuertes, fríos imponentes.

Además, cuando uno se pone por lo menos de mi país de origen se tiene que ir primero a perder un permiso para que puedan vendar dentro de lo cual tiene un costo mensual que deben de andar pagando debido a que si no tiene este permiso te llegan a multar o te quitan todo tu producto que tengas, más bien te lo decomisan para que no puedas vender.

Aunque también sé que existen programas para que queden exentos de estos pagos, pero solo aplica para ciertos casos como las personas que cuentan con discapacidad para que puedan sostenerse ellos mismos con algún tipo de negocio el cual lo veo muy bueno que existan estos tipos de programas porque se para ellos solo deberían preocuparse por sus ventas para sostenerse y no estar pensando también que deben de realizar este pago si no de otras cosas.

Aunque también está el otro lado que son puestos que no pagan ningún tipo de permiso que están puestos en ciertos lugares que realmente no lo necesitan este tipo de permisos, pero hay situaciones que pasan, pero esta situación todos pueden pasar en donde tienen que pagar derecho de piso para que no les hagan daño el cual esto es una verdadera preocupación.

Debido a que con todo el esfuerzo que hacen para sostenerse si ese es su única fuente de ingreso no les queda de otra para que no les hagan daño y puedan seguir vendiendo porque no les queda ninguna otra solución, aunque puede que haya otra solución sin que yo lo sepa.

También está el comercio informal, pero sé que hay lugares donde están más críticos debido a que en cuanto los vean los levantan en donde los levantan y les decomisan su mercancía, tanto se ha vuelto en donde entre los vendedores se están cuidado unos entre otros para que cada vez que vean el cuerpo de la policía a quienes levantan a comercio informal.

Les informan para que puedan irse de inmediato, si vieran como tienen sus puestos para que tanto se puedan mostrar y desmontar de una forma muy rápida en donde puedan irse lo más rápido posible antes de que se den cuenta o sean atrapados.

Siento que cada uno vive distintas situaciones difíciles que se complican cada día de algún u otra forma, yo espero que no sea el caso de todos pero que pudieran estar de una forma mucho más tranquila vendiendo sus productos o servicios sin que lleguen a ser abusados con estos vendedores.
