Hola a todos, espero estén pasando un excelente día, por acá me encuentro nuevamente escribiendo para ustedes, esta vez participando en este lindo concurso que nos trae el Prof. 
La verdad es que es una verdadera delicia, pasar una tarde que esté un tanto lluviosa para degustar en familia de unos ricos golfeados, bien sea gratinado con que con una crema batida encima, acompañado de un rico café con leche, sin duda que es unas delicias que pocas personas se pueden resistir.
El golfeado para nosotros los venezolanos es más que una delicia, más bien viene a ser como un clásico, pues es algo que, cuando cae la tarde, ya estamos pensando en ir a una panadería, a sentarnos en compañía, ya sea, de compañeros de trabajo, amigos, la novia, etc. En fin, con esa persona que de una u otra manera sentimos afecto y con quien pudiéramos compartir ese rato tan amenos.
Hoy en día me encuentro en Argentina, son de otro tipo de cultura, porque si bien es cierto que son de las personas a las que les gusta reunirse en familia, disfrutar de día, de los atardeceres, pero aquí son más de tomar el mate, que es como una hierba que la colocan en un recipiente, en donde le colocan agua muy caliente y algunos le colocan azúcar, esto lo acompañan con galletitas, dulces o saladas, la verdad es impresionante con se ven a las personas reunidas, más en horas de la tarde, con el paladar a gusto, grandes y chicos todos con el mismo fin disfrutar de una rica merienda para luego dormir la siesta.
Aunque les confieso que por el tipo de trabajo que tengo acá en #Argentina y que tuve en #Venezuela, pocas veces tenía tiempo para degustar de un rico golfeado, con un café con leche, muchas veces se nos pasaba la hora de la comida, de la merienda y al final de la tarde terminábamos engañando al estómago con un Perro caliente o pancho con se le conoce en este país, para aguantar un poco el hambre y poder llegar a casa y devorar todo lo que uno consigue a su paso jajajaj.
Pero no hay nada más rico que andar con el paladar a gusto, comiendo y bebiendo lo que se nos antoje y más a la hora de la merienda, que es cuando te acerca a la vidriera de la panadería más cercana a tu domicilio o tu trabajo y vez esos golfeados flamantes todos caramelizados y adornado con un rico glaseado, dejándose resaltar entre las demás exquisiteces que ofrecen en el lugar de turno, que sin duda se nos hace agua la boca y poco nos podemos resistir a degustar uno de ellos por supuesto acompañado de este café con leche bien calentito procesado en máquina, que solo con el olor que emana ya siente que llego la hora de la merienda.

The golfeado for us Venezuelans is more than a delicacy, it is more like a classic, because it is something that, when the afternoon falls, we are already thinking of going to a bakery, to sit down in the company, either, of work colleagues, friends, girlfriend, etc.. In short, with that person that in one way or another we feel affection for and with whom we could share such a pleasant time.
Today I am in Argentina, they are of another type of culture, because while it is true that they are people who like to gather with family, enjoy the day, the sunsets, but here they are more of drinking mate, which is like an herb that is placed in a container, This is accompanied with cookies, sweet or salty, the truth is impressive with the people gathered, more in the afternoon, with the palate to taste, adults and children all with the same purpose to enjoy a delicious snack and then take a nap.
Although I confess that because of the type of work I have here in #Argentina and I had in #Venezuela, I rarely had time to enjoy a delicious golfeado, with a coffee with milk, many times we missed lunch time, snack time and at the end of the afternoon we ended up cheating the stomach with a hot dog or pancho as it is known in this country, to endure a little hunger and be able to get home and devour everything you get in your path hahahahahah.
But there is nothing more delicious than walking with the palate at ease, eating and drinking what we want and more at snack time, which is when you approach the window of the bakery closest to your home or your work and see those golfeados flaming all caramelized and decorated with a rich glaze, standing out among the other delicacies offered at the bakery, which undoubtedly makes our mouths water and we can hardly resist tasting one of them, of course, accompanied by this very hot machine-processed coffee with milk, which only with the smell it emanates, you already feel that it is time to have a snack.
