Hola a todos, espero estén pasando un excelente día, por acá me encuentro nuevamente escribiendo para ustedes, esta vez participando en este lindo concurso que nos trae el Prof. 
Esta imagen que no trae la comunidad de #topfamily esta semana, está buenísima, pues está cargada de esta cotidianidad que desde siempre vive el ser humano, porque desde siempre vamos a los supermercados, caminamos, revisamos los anaqueles que existen en cada rincón y escapar del área de donde se encuentra las frutas es imposible.
Yo crecí en una familia en donde dependíamos del sueldo de mi papá, que era semanal, hasta que nos hicimos ya mayores algunos de mis hermanos y pudimos colaborar en ese sentido, pero a lo que voy, era que siempre esperábamos los fines de semana para ir al súper a comprar algo de comida, por supuesto se nos antojaban una que otra fruta, pero la verdad no alcanzaba el sueldo para darnos esos lujos, de ir a comprar manzanas, peras, entre otras frutas que siempre han sido costosas en mi #Venezuela.
Las frutas sin dudas vienen a ser ese complemento nutritivo lleno de fibras y antioxidantes que nos brinda la naturaleza y que nos reclama el cuerpo, es por ello que es siempre debe de estar en el menú del día, comer frutas es mantener un cuerpo sano, más allá de hacer ejercicios, entre otras actividades que hacemos durante el día, generalmente cuando íbamos al súper a comprar los alimentos comprábamos naranja o limón, para hacer jugos y así nos rendía un poco la cosa.
Hoy en día me encuentro en #argentina y la verdad cuando visito las verdulerías y veo los anaqueles repletos de todas esas frutas que nos brinda la naturaleza y más allá de eso, poder adquirirla, es algo fabuloso, algo que no tiene precio, en lo personal siempre había querido comer kiwi y cuando llegue a este país, mi primer trabajo fue en una frutería, muy grande, hermosa, con lindos anaqueles cargados de colores naturales productos de las frutas que allí se vendían y créanme, me sentía como en la gloria, pues los dueños era muy dados con sus empleados y nos permitían comer la fruta que quisiéramos al igual que cada semana nos preparaban una bolsa llena de frutas y legumbre para llevar a casa, fue allí después de tantos años que pude probar esa fruta llamada kiwi, que es una delicia, se las recomiendo.
Dios permita que a cada hogar pueda llegar los frutos y alimentos necesarios para abastecer a cada familia del mundo, que nadie pase hambre y que junto podamos construir un mundo mejor, lleno de amor, dicha y prosperidad, espero tengan un lindo día.

I grew up in a family where we depended on my father's salary, which was weekly, until some of my siblings grew up and we were able to collaborate in that sense, but what I mean is that we always waited for the weekends to go to the supermarket to buy some food, of course we craved some fruit, but the truth is that our salary was not enough to give us the luxury of going to buy apples, pears, among other fruits that have always been expensive in my #Venezuela.
Fruits undoubtedly come to be that nutritional supplement full of fibre and antioxidants that nature gives us and that our body demands, which is why it should always be on the menu of the day, eating fruit is to maintain a healthy body, beyond exercise, among other activities we do during the day, usually when we went to the supermarket to buy food we bought orange or lemon, to make juices and so we yielded a little thing.
Today I am in #argentina and the truth is that when I visit the greengrocers and see the shelves full of all those fruits that nature gives us and beyond that, to be able to buy them, it is something fabulous, something priceless, personally I had always wanted to eat kiwi and when I arrived in this country, my first job was in a greengrocer's, very big, beautiful, It was there, after so many years, that I was able to try this fruit called kiwi, which is a delicacy, I recommend it. I would recommend it to you, because the owners were very kind to their employees and they allowed us to eat the fruit we wanted and every week they prepared a bag full of fruit and vegetables to take home.
