Not so hard to harvest the fruits, these were the kind of jobs my dad did when he was much younger. And till now we have villagers that are into this kind of labour to for a source of income.
Long term I don't know but the last time we did lease the land for about $15 for a year. That was 2years ago when we did large scale corn farming.
For now it will be an amount above that. But I will rather prefer to purchase the lands instead. In the rural areas one can get a plot of land from $400 and an acre will be about 6X that amount.
Buying the land bit by bit and possessing it will be better
