Another week, Another post prompt...In honor of Cyber Monday

My thanks to all the regular members who wrote on last weeks post prompt about making online purchases. Looks like many of the community have made purchases online. For some it went well, for others not so well, but everyone said be careful what you buy so you don't regret the purchase later.

And this week we have a new topic to write about.

Credit Cards

With Christmas coming many people are making purchases both in real life and online. In Canada credit cards are king when it comes to shopping. However, how about where you live?

Are they commonly used?

Do they offer nice incentives to sign up?

Do they offer useful insurance?

Do you like them or scared of them because of the risk of potential long term debt?

I'm happy to hear any and all of your opinions on credit cards.

Rules

I'm not really fussy about any particular rules but I will set some guidelines.

First: I'll be splitting at least 400 GLD tokens among those people who write a post within the next week. Anyone who posts AFTER I distribute the weekly rewards, well, you'll just get a piece of the following weeks prize :) I'll do my best to see that no good post goes unrewarded.

Second: I check the community at the end of the week AND whenever I'm tagged in a post. So, if you happen to add Hive account@terganftp into the body of what you write I'll do my best to curate the post with a little help from the #hivepakistan crew (thanks guys!). However, they only let me curate two posts daily so if you see two good posts in a day you might want to wait 24hrs so yours can get curated too.

Not required just a suggestion.

Third: I'm not strict about having to have images, word count or other formatting things. Please credit images you use. One good image so you have a thumbnail is probably a good idea. 500word minimum if you want it curated by #hivepakistan. However, any good honest effort post (no chatgpt) is eligible to be rewarded with GLD tokens at the end of the week.

Fourth: Everyone is welcome. New member? No problem. Not subscribing to the channel? No problem. Don't want to hold the GLD coins? Head over to tribaldex.com and use the liquidity pool to switch them over to HIVE tokens.

Fifth: I'm a big fan of people earning the maximum rewards for their post. There is no whale of a curator here to upvote your post. I would encourage anyone who wants to post on the weekly topic to consider posting to a different community such as GEMS, LEOFINANCE or others. If it meets their posting criteria -- great! I've been seeing excellent posts worthy of better upvotes than I can give.

However, I do ask that if you want a reward from the #earnspendgive community you cross post it to this community so there are new posts coming up here on a regular basis. A mention that its for an #earn spend give weekly prompt won't hurt. Maybe someone in the other community will drop by to send a message this way and help grow this community...that would be awesome.
