Hey guys,
It just came to my notice that it's been a while since I dropped a Q-Inspired article after the last one I did on GOOD TIMES ARE ALWAYS GOLD where I spoke about the benefit of having a good time with friends who have your best interest at heart. I think it is quite weird for a music lover like myself to have not written a music-inspired article in a while so here is one.
In this article, we will talk about the new songs I just added recently to my playlist. I just have to admit it, music means everything to me right from childhood.
I remember while growing up , how things could get really rough and lonely, but I didn't feel it that much as long as I had my earphones plucked to my ear and increased to the maximum. I even remember when I got scolded by my mom and dad at the same time which was quite heartbreaking because it hardly happens. The scolding used to be from my dad, while my mom would be the one protecting me from the harshness of the scolding, more like a bad cop and good cop scene, with my dad playing the bad cop and my mom playing the opposite.
Well now you probably see why music means a lot for me, it's more like my coping mechanism when things are bad and my therapy when there's no one to talk to.
Alright,
Enough with the emotional talks, let's get down to my playlist.
Here are the songs added to my playlist called VOCALS
Just You and I By Tom Walker
This song happens to be the first on the playlist, sang by Tom Walker, a talented Scottish singer with an amazing voice. I recall the first time I listened to this song on a Spotify recommended playlist. It was really dope and I couldn't get enough of it. So I did what I always do to any song I like, listen to it over and over until I'm sure the singer's drained of oxygen. LOL 😆
The song talks about how things had probably been really bad in the past, with tight finances, low income and struggling to survive. But the light at the end of the tunnel that kept the singer going was the love from his spouse. The song is quite emotionally and really appreciative at the same time. What would always keep this song on my playlist is the fact that it's a love song and the emotions of the singer can be felt through his lyrics.

Too Good at Goodbyes by Sam Smith
I must tell you guys, when it comes to singing and amazing vocals, you can't mention names without calling Sam Smith. He's an individual that his voice has spoke for him on several occasions and he doesn't fail to showcase it always.
His song Too Good at Goodbyes talks about a person who has become really good at saying goodbye because of the heartbreak they must have experienced in the past. It wasn't funny until when he said
I'm way too good at goodbyes
No way you will see me cry.

Situation by Ruth B.
The last recent song added to my vocals playlist is situation by the gifted canadian singer and songwriter, Ruth B. Her voice gives that comfortable feeling but still emotional at the same. She talks about serious issues affecting the human heart but in a manner that's really peaceful and easygoing.
In her song, situation, she talks about the situationship she finds herself with a guy that's still not giving the right answer to her question. She goes on to explain how she's in love with the person but still gives the person a momentum, either you love me or you let me go.
