Based on psychological and economic precepts, since the organizational culture generates close ties between employees and the business organization, understanding that employees feel the organization as part of themselves, and their activities tend to go beyond the obligations, in addition to reinforcing social stability, the organizational culture provides a highly profitable economic status.
According to the reasoning made in the paragraph at the beginning of this publication, it should be noted that every organization or social group established, takes as a strategy of application and linkage in its members regarding organizational culture, principles and values, are the main foundation to guide what they aspire to be and do.
All these factors must be adapted to the reality of the internal and external environment related to the company, however this strategy executes its functions efficiently through the use of qualities, aptitudes and attitudes of those who are immersed in the corporation.
Due to such environments, those who take the baton to guide and influence groups of people, are the so-called leaders, these in turn characterized by diversity of existing styles, adapted to the context they promote, help to promote through their guidance or orientation in the conscience of their followers, based on the soul and sense of the company.
In addition to this, currently organizations have been incorporating in their principles and policies the fact of being sustainable from the environmental point of view, in the same sense, generate value, shared co-responsibility among all those involved, with the participation of organizational leaders of whom every company expects to defend the principles, ethical practices of the company, thus contributing to the positive impact on the environment in order to protect the future of others.
It is important to emphasize that the organizational culture in companies is framed according to the aspects most in line with the purpose of the company and in turn have a direct impact on the collective psychological behavior of workers, with a sense of belonging, personal commitment, generating an efficient performance motivated towards the optimal contextual development for the achievement of objectives that generate high economic profitability.
