Emotions in human beings are normal, feeling them is necessary to be able to face them and overcome them even if we do not like it very much, these feelings help us to be active in front of any danger or difficulty. The important thing about them is that we must learn to understand and channel them.
It should be noted that fear can turn into phobia if we do not treat it from the beginning. There are therapies to face this type of diseases and they have many causes for which they are acquired, in addition it is important to mention that they can be contracted by different personal events, strong lived experience.
It is no secret that when we feel fear we do things that after they happen we say "I could not do that", from jumping very high, climb a wall, run fast, face something or someone that in the past you could not, to say things that you do not dare to say then you regret even though the result is good or bad.
Fear activates the adrenaline and keeps us active at 1000 %, very attentive before any latent or near danger. It allows us to quickly analyze what tools we have to face the danger in order to solve it in the quickest way.
We all know that fear exists and can be a very unpleasant feeling, but like many emotions it is necessary for the human being who possesses this emotion like many others, without becoming a phobia, and it also encourages the institute of survival.
It is necessary to be able to recognize if at some point we are afraid of something specific, to be able to channel it ourselves, the confrontation is essential to overcome it, if we can not, seek professional help to not cause us any harm as psychological and even physical.
Being able to face and overcome our fears will allow us to move forward with a normal life and we will be able to demonstrate that we are capable of doing the things that we can think of, when the mind has no limits and neither does the human being.
