¿Cómo puedes estar en paz con los demás si no tienes paz contigo mismo?
En realidad, no podemos dar algo que no tenemos. De la nada no podemos ofrecer ni confianza ni amor a quienes nos piden ayuda.

En el camino de la vida he aprendido que la mejor manera de tener paz conmigo mismo es acudir a la verdadera fuente que ofrece paz, que no es otra que Dios mismo.

En las escrituras encontramos:

Apártate del mal, y haz el bien; Busca la paz, y síguela. Porque los ojos del Señor están sobre los justos, y sus oídos están atentos a sus oraciones; pero el rostro del Señor está contra los que hacen el mal. (1 Pedro 3: 11)

El apóstol Pedro nos aconseja buscar la paz, que viene de Dios. El Señor Jesús dijo: "Mi paz os dejo, y mi paz os doy". No hay otra fuente de paz que no venga de Dios.

Cuando tenemos la paz de Dios es cuando podemos tener las mejores relaciones humanas con nuestro entorno. Buscar la paz implica, dejar de lado los malos pensamientos que podamos tener sobre las personas.

No se puede estar en el trabajo, pensando sólo en maquinar el mal contra los propios compañeros. La palabra de Dios nos exhorta a que mientras dependa de nosotros estar en paz con los demás, lo hagamos.

Si queremos mejorar el clima organizacional de una empresa o de cualquier organización, debemos tener claro que la paz de Dios es la única que nos puede ayudar a tener buenas relaciones con los demás.

Hablar bien de las personas, pensar bien de las personas y tratar bien a las personas, es producto de amar a las personas y tratar siempre de estar en las mejores relaciones con ellas.

Buscar la paz y tratar de mantenerla nos ayudará a tener éxito en cualquier equipo de trabajo.

Seek peace in your relationships with others.

How can you be at peace with others if you don't have peace with yourself?
Actually, we cannot give something we do not have. Out of nothing we can offer neither trust nor love to those who ask for help from us.

In the journey of life I have learned that the best way to have peace with myself is to go to the true source that offers peace, which is none other than God Himself.

In the scriptures we find:

Depart from evil, and do good; Seek peace, and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. (1 Peter 3: 11)

The apostle Peter advises us to seek peace, which comes from God. The Lord Jesus said: "My peace I leave with you, and my peace I give to you". There is no other source of peace that does not come from God.

It is when we have God's peace that we can have the best human relationships with our surroundings. Seeking peace implies, putting aside the bad thoughts that we may have about people.

You cannot be at work, thinking only of plotting evil against your own colleagues. The word of God exhorts us that as long as it is up to us to be at peace with others, let us do so.

If we want to improve the organizational climate of a company or any organization, we must be clear that the peace of God is the only one that can help us to have good relationships with others.

To speak well of people, to think well of people and to treat people well, is a product of loving people and always trying to be in the best relationships with them.

Seeking peace and trying to maintain it will help us to be successful in any business team.
