Hello 👋 good evening dear community, on this day I am pleased to show you the preparation of a delicious stewed chicken for lunch.
Bueno para empezar necesitaremos un kilo de pollo para nuestro almuerzo, luego picamos en trozos pequeños y lo colocamos en un caldero con agua y una cucharada de sal.
Well to start we will need a kilo of chicken for our lunch, then we chop it into small pieces and place it in a cauldron with water and a tablespoon of salt.
Pará nuestro pollo guisado vamos a necesitar los siguientes ingredientes:
Papas 🥔
Cilantro de monte 🌿
Tomate 🍅
Cebollas 🧅
For our stewed chicken we will need the following ingredients:
Potatoes 🥔
Wild coriander 🌿
Tomato 🍅
Onions 🧅
Procedemos a picar cada uno de los ingredientes que se van a utilizar en nuestro guiso.
We proceed to mince each of the ingredients that are going to be used in our stew.
Luego vamos se sofrien los tomaste 🍅 con la cebolla 🧅 y el Cilantro 🌿 con un poco de aceite, para agregar poco a poco en el caldero.
Then we are going to fry them 🍅 with the onion and the Cilantro 🌿 with a little oil, to add little by little in the cauldron.
Después de sofreír vamos agregando al pollo y vamos colocando un poco más de sal para saber como esta de gusto.
After frying, we add the chicken and add a little more salt to know how it is to taste.
Una vez preparado todo nos quedara un rico pollo guisado 😋 listo para el almuerzo.
Once everything is prepared, we will have a delicious stewed chicken 😋 ready for lunch.
