Well, i guess it's more like a stillness within, and from the depths of that stillness, all of creation appears. One can choose to hold a conviction (until it becomes an experiential knowing) that i am that, that one unborn, undying, omnipresent source of what appears in this world, including this body, which is not me, a vehicle of consciousness. Holding onto that belief (loosely) can help one experience the freedom of true-self and enable us to play joyfully in this game of life, whether we choose to play the part of a visionary yogi rebel, or a carpenter, or a gardener. So say the wise ones who came before us.
