Trying to make DX in Ukraine
The #SDR at http://kiwisdr-dorohoi.ddns.net:8073 near Romania's border with #Ukraine continues busy. Supposedly, one of the channels is being occupied by a user in #Pripyat (may be vpn or fake gps). The guy is hopping between stations that broadcast music.
