I was planning to host another giveaway using HivePay, but their forms are not rendered on Hive frontends

I wanted to host a giveaway using #HivePay by requiring participants to leave their own #HivePay buttons on comments on my giveaway post, but Hive account@savvytester told me that HTML forms are not rendered on Hive frontends.
