Opening onto the sea - watercolor on paper

Hello everyone, dear Hivers friends, and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a typical view of the southern Italian coast, where the colors and the sea take center stage. I have depicted an old archway that opens up the view towards the small marina, where I have painted a typical cylindrical building with a yellow vase.
I tried to convey the idea of beauty through the sky and the colors of the sea, but also with some characteristic elements, such as boats and nets.

Apertura sul mare - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido uno scorcio tipico della costa del sud Italia dove i colori e il mare diventano protagonisti. Ho rappresentato un vecchio arco che apre la sguardo verso il piccolo porticciolo dove ho dipinto una costruzione cilindrica tipica con un vaso giallo.
Ho cercato di dare l'idea della bellezza attraverso il cielo e i colori del mare, ma anche con alcuni elementi caratteristici, le barche e le reti.
