The stone road - watercolor on paper

Hello all dear friends Hivers and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a watercolor painting depicting a landscape formed bya road paved with light-colored stones receding into perspective.

As you can see from the detail I put a lot of emphasis on the light coming from both the top and the bottom.

Then I began to color the darker patches of vegetation and tree foliage.

Also on the old wall.

Finally I used purple to shade the road and some parts of the stones.

I hope you like my watercolor, a hug from the road.

La strada di pietra - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido un dipinto ad acquarello che rappresenta un paesaggio formato dauna strada lastricata di pietre chiare che si allontana in prospettiva.

Come potete vedere dal dettaglio ho dato molta importanza alla luce che viene sia dall'alto che dal fondo.

Poi ho iniziato a colorare le macchie più scure della vegetazione e delle fronde degli alberi.

Anche sulla parete del vecchio muro.

Infine ho usato il viola per ombreggiare la strada ed alcune parti delle pietre.

Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia, un abbraccio dalla strada.
