In questi giorni si torna a parlare di salario minimo visto che in Germania verra' portato, pare a 12 euro all'ora.
In Italia non esiste, di questo passo non esistera' neanche piu' il salario temo...
Credo che il salario minimo sia una cosa giusta, una base da cui partire o ripartire cercando di uscire dalle secche in cui siamo impantanati.
Pero'....c'e' sempre un pero', mettendo da parte i discorsi relativi all'apprendistato, essendo stato uno che ha piu' pagato che
percepito salari mi sono sempre imbattuto nel problema riguardante le competenze.
La cosa riguarda anche le grosse difficolta' che gli operatori del
turismo stanno affrontando per trovare del personale, lo dico con cognizione di causa visto che a breve, fra poche settimane, saro' impegnato nella gestione di una equipe di animazione.
Quando arriva un ragazzo e la prima domanda riguarda il salario chiedo sempre cosa sa fare, quali competenze ha, quale curriculum, bagaglio professionale puo' offrire a chi lo sta
esaminando.
Quando iniziai a lavorare nei villaggi prendevo 500 mila lire al mese ma sarei partito gratis pur di fare una esperienza simile, poi col tempo impari da quelli bravi, metti da parte il sapere che sara'
poi il tuo foglio di presentazione per future esperienze professionali.
Cioe' prima impari, fai la gavetta, lavori anche per cifre basse per poi imparare e “venderti” meglio quando almeno sai di cosa si stia parlando.
Oggi mi pare che questo passaggio tenda a passare in cavalleria, tutti pretendono, tutti chiedono, tutti accampano pretese e quasi nessuno sa fare un cazzo.
Colpa della famiglia, della societa', del reddito di cittadinanza...io questo non lo so, dico soltanto che va bene il salario minimo ma allo stesso tempo occorre giustificarlo con l'umilta', la serieta', la
voglia di imparare per cercare di essere sempre persone migliori.
“Diritti” viene prima di “doveri” soltanto nel vocabolario.

I mean, first you learn, do the apprenticeship, you also work for low figures

Today it seems to me that this passage tends to pass into cavalry,
everyone is demanding, everyone is asking, everyone is making claims and almost
nobody can do shit.

I don't know this, I'm just saying that the minimum wage is fine but
at the same time it is necessary to justify it with humility, seriousness, the
desire to learn to try to always be better people.
"Rights" comes before "duties" only in vocabulary.
