ARRIVED IN ROME WITH THE RELIEF 😅

Hello dear friends,
here we are at the 'last day on the road with my relief because we finally arrive in Rome!!!
This does not mean that my trip is over, as I was still planning to take with me some alabaster stones to take them to Switzerland....
So we left Montelupo and unloaded a motorcycle in Arezzo, where there was the beautiful tree in bloom, then we took the highway to Rome.

ARRIVATA A ROMA CON IL RILIEVO 😅

Ciao cari amici,
eccoci all' ultimo giorno in viaggio con il mio rilievo perché arriviamo finalmente a Roma!!!
Questo peró non significa che il mio viaggio sia finito, siccome avevo ancora intenzione di caricare delle pietre d' alabastro per portarle in Svizzera...
Siamo partiti dunque da Montelupo e abbiamo scaricato una moto ad Arezzo, dove c' era il bellissimo albero in fiore, poi abbiamo preso l' autostrada per Roma.

When we arrived at our destination in Rome, the road was a bit narrow for our truck with trailer, and there was also a car parked on a corner, in a no-parking zone. we were practically blocked, blocking the others behind as well!
So I had just the time to say hello to Hive account@phage93 they all started insulting us, and the only one who had the calm to resolve the situation was the truck driver.
When he came around the corner, however, he scratched the parked car, and so also the owner insulted us, but instead of moving it, she left it there 🤣
At this point we had to detach the trailer, tie it with a rope and push it by hand ... and there we all helped, hurray for Italy!!! In some other country probably no one would have helped us and/or they would have called the police.
Solved the problem I finally had the honor and time to meet Hive account@phage93 and his nice family, including 2 cats, in a house with lots of art.
We went to eat at a very good place, and I saw Rome by night 🤩

Arrivati a destinazione a Roma la strada era un po' tanto stretta per il nostro camion con rimorchio, ed essendoci in piú una macchina parcheggiata in curva, in divieto di sosta. eravamo praticamente bloccati, bloccando anche gli altri dietro!
Perció giusto il tempo di salutare Hive account@phage93 hanno iniziato ad insultarci tutti, e l' unico che aveva i nervi di risolvere la situazione era l' autista del camion.
Quando peró é arrivato in curva ha rigato la macchina in divieto di sosta, e cosí pure la proprietaria ci ha insultato, ma invece di spostarla l' ha lasciata li 🤣
A questo punto ci é toccato staccare il rimorchio, legarlo con una corda e spingerlo a mano... e lí ci hanno aiutato tutti, evviva l' Italia!!! In un altro paese probabilmente non ci avrebbe aiutato nessuno e/o avrebbero chiamato la polizia.
Risolto il problema ho finalmente avuto l' onore e il tempo di conoscere Hive account@phage93 e la sua simpatica famiglia, compresi 2 gatti, in una casa con tanta arte.
Siamo andati a mangiare in un posto molto buono, e ho visto Roma by night 🤩

But as always time goes by too fast and I had to leave already the next morning... one more little tour in Rome with Hive account@phage93 and I took the train towards Florence, from which I took several more pictures.

Ma come sempre il tempo passa troppo veloce e son dovuta ripartire giá la mattina seguente... ancora un piccolo giro a Roma con Hive account@phage93 e ho preso il treno in direzione Firenze, dal quale ho scattato ancora diverse foto.

I went back to Montelupo to have lunch and in the afternoon I went to Volterra, a beautiful place you will see in the next post.
Anyway I 'had a very good time in Rome, thanks to Hive account@phage93 whom I finally met in person.... And imagine that we know each other through this community!

Sono tornata a Montelupo a fare pranzo e di pomeriggio sono andata a Volterra, un posto stupendo e vedrete nel prossimo post.
Comunque l' ho passata molto bene a Roma, grazie a Hive account@phage93 che finalmente ho conosciuto di persona... e a pensare che ci si conosce attraverso questa community!
