Hello my friends, in my previous post I discussed an outdoor painting exercise about the Arab Association of Havana, But from a different perspective, a small video by #3speak. If you haven't seen it, don't miss it, it's very interesting.
Going into today's topic, I come with my hand ✍️ warm and very loose, willing to solve the painting exercise in 1 hour. To achieve this, I counted on the collaboration and photographic production of my co-worker and comrade 
On the way to increase my series of colonial facades of Havana, today the right one will be theHotel Sevilla, Located in Trocadero 55 between Prado and Zulueta is currently closed, but its next opening is expected very soon. It is a hotel that has more than 112 years of history and tradition; with a colonial decoration, a Mudejar style is evident in much of the building, the hotel has an indoor patio outdoor bar, where they make clubs and downloads of alternative groups with traditional live music. An exhibition room for the visual arts in the lobby, and all the luxury services of a 4-star hotel. As a curious fact, Seville has been a preference for many guests, among them is Al Capone who rented the sixth floor in its entirety during his stay.
After talking a little about Cuban art history and culture I am going to start my main activity, I prefer that the painting in question is the one that says the last word.
The painting process step-by-step from start to finish
- It is a 30x40 cm format, oil/canvas in an outdoor painting activity adjusted to finish it in 1 hour.
- With the color palette ready, let's get to work. Start time 11:47 am.
- Remember that the first stains must be well diluted..
- Eight minutes later I have the composition ready to start the second layer of paint a little more loaded with pigment and less diluted.

- At the moment we are on time, but now the complicated thing begins. Let's see if I'm able to meet the challenge.
, 😁Oh my God, in the middle of my run runs two popcorns making the ❤️love❤️ right on top of the tree where I was. We got something, we don't know if there were some babies left over, or pigeon poop 🕊️.
Thank goodness they finished quickly, and they're not like us, otherwise I don't have enough time. You can imagine!!
Well, the activity continued after making sure that nothing was going to fall on us.

Hola mis amigos, en mi anterior publicación abordé un ejercicio de pintura al aire libre sobre la Asociación Arabe de La Habana, pero desde una óptica diferente, un pequeño video por #3speak. Si no lo has visto, no te lo pierdas está muy interesante.
Entrando en el tema de hoy, vengo con la mano ✍️ calentita y bien suelta, dispuesto a resolver el ejercicio de pintura en 1 hora. Para lograrlo conté con la colaboración y producción fotográfica de mi compañero de trabajo y camarada
Camino a incrementar mi serie de fachadas coloniales de La Habana, hoy el indicado será el Hotel Sevilla, ubicado en Trocadero 55 entre Prado y Zulueta se encuentra actualmente cerrado, pero se espera su próxima apertura muy pronto. Es un hotel que cuenta con mas de 112 años de historia y tradición; con una decoración colonial se evidencia un estilo mudejar en gran parte de la edificación, el hotel cuenta con un patio bar interior al aire libre, donde hacen peñas y descargas de grupos alternativos con música tradicional en vivo. Una sala de exposición para las artes visuales en el lobby, y todos los servicios de lujo de un Hotel de 4 estrellas. Como dato curioso el Sevilla ha sido de preferencia para muchos huéspedes entre ellos se encuentra Al Capone que alquiló el piso seis en su totalidad durante su estancia.
Después de hablar un poco de historia artística y cultura cubana voy a iniciar mi actividad principal, prefiero que la pintura en cuestión sea la que diga la última palabra.
Presentación paso a paso desde principio a fin
- Es un formato de 30x40 cm, óleo/lienzo en una actividad de pintura al aire libre ajustada para terminarla en 1 hora.
- Con la paleta de colores preparada, manos a la obra. Hora de inicio 11:47 am.
- Recuerden que las primeras manchas deben ser bien diluidas.
- Ocho minutos después ya tengo la composición planteada y lista para iniciar la segunda capa de pintura un poco más cargada de pigmento y menos diluida.

- De momento vamos en tiempo, pero ahora es que comienza lo complicado. Veamos si soy capaz de cumplir con el reto.
, 😁- Hay Dios mío, en el medio de mi corre corre dos palomitas haciendo el ❤️amor❤️ justo encima en el árbol donde yo estaba. Nos cayó algo no sabemos si fueron algunos nene que sobraron, o popó de paloma 🕊️.
menos mal que terminaron rápido, y no son como nosotros, sino no me alcanza el tiempo. ¡Se imaginan!
Bueno la actividad prosiguió después de asegurarnos de que no iba a caernos más nada encima.
- Casi al límite del tiempo planificado tome la espátula para agregar algunos empastes de color y así dar la actividad por terminada.

- Amigos el trabajo fue terminado con éxito, pero lamentablemente terminé a las 2:04 pm, una hora después del pronóstico estimado. Lo más importante fue la travesía, y el resultado final, espero que aya sido de su agrado. Un saludo fuerte a todos y nos vemos pronto para seguir con un reto nuevo y otra experiencia de pintura.
