Anonymus, Præludium (Ms. Lynar B3, folio 11)
The Lynar manuscripts were preserved in the holdings of the Duke of Lynar in Lübbenau, and are therefore also known as the Lübbenauer Orgeltabulaturen. The composer(s) of some pieces remain(s) anonymous and in this post partitura plays for us one of this pieces. “It is one of the shorter ones, though by far not the shortest. It fits the character of student's work. Not too complicated, with two imitatory outer sections and a short middle section with a more virtuosic moving soprano voice” the author said.
