I have always been fascinated by the white trunks and slender trunks of birch trees. Here in Hungary you can see them mostly in parks, but sometimes they can form small groups in the forest. It prefers the cold climate to the warmth here.
In spring, the birch water sucked from the trunk is a true elixir of life.
My current watercolor is a serene winter picture with a little black bird. You'll find it soon, won't you?
Painted on A/4 300 gr Fabriano cold pressed paper, with Sonnet watercolor.
