-Burning...Something took power, increasing rapidly like the speed of light, uncontrollably, as if it had a need to call me, wake me up and it seems that every lost second won't come back again, like when a child is kidnapped, the mother has no control and every second is worth much more than gold that is found in a valuable piece of land and adored by an ignorant and uncontrolled thought in search of something more... This passed through my mind, until a sound, no, several sounds, they followed one after the other like a row of hors. crumbs in search of food for their hive, flooded the eardrums of my ears, I opened my eyes suddenly, then a tiled roof made with hands of experience and a slightly annoying light appeared to my naked eye which had already been lost through the years. So that burning and temperature change that my body felt was as if my hands were placed in contact with a bonfire by simply indomitable mother nature that changes its course bringing raindrops that fall feeding the beautiful plants in our home, looking into the small hole that allowed me to observe every night before everyone is already safe and completely asleep, I found a small bird, its fur was red and black, which shone like the brilliance of a diamond in contact with the light, it looked at me with its head to one side, like trying to tell me something or able to observe how my feet burned and was illuminated with the radiant light of the sun that came from that hole.
-Shouts and playful smiles that I recognized every morning came from outside, they were from the children playing with something that caught my attention, I got up and smiled at a new dawn

-Hello everyone!, after being away for a while I share this new work and I really like it a lot, it is my first canvas made and painted by me because I did it at home, I built my own canvas, I prepared it and then I put my embodied work which is a portrait of an Indian, I wanted to make it impressionistic but it came out naturally realistic, I suppose it is because I always dedicate myself to this art technique...
-I wanted to achieve something different, outside of what I always do, without so much definition, as well as making the effect blur in the background and in the necklace, drawing attention only to the face, it was also delivered for an art exhibition where there were several works made by other painters and by me that I will share with you later
-It was a very important process and with a lot of learning since this was new for me and my first canvas so I hope you can enjoy it as much as I did

🔻PROCESS/PROCESO🔻:
-The canvas is ready, I made the sketch of the Indian, first I started with the face and then I made the necklace that had more details. With a 3B pencil
-Once the sketch is ready, I began to paint the bottom part with oil and a little bit of gasoline, I wanted the brushstrokes to be seen and to look a little blurry, highlighting the face afterwards, what I did want is for the colors to be similar to the photograph
-This is where the fun begins, which took me a little more time to do, first I struggled with my perfection and that it looked the same but then I became psyched that I wanted to try something different, not so perfect but that I liked, I also wanted to give it a blurry touch
-Here I gave life and more depth to the feather crown with light and dark blues, it was a bit difficult for me to give the colors because you found new colors and I didn't know what to do, I gave loose brushstrokes without so much retouching
-Here I started with the face, finding skin colors, it was a bit complicated for me because it was the first time I did skin color in oil and I couldn't find the tonality, so I started to grab it. I want to clarify that I first mark the dark parts of the face with a darker skin tone to orient myself.
-Then I began to paint the neck to give it light, the paint stains on his face, the ear, locating light and dark skin
-Due to the quality of the photo, the tones are not appreciated but mix oranges, greens, yellows, purples, light and dark browns on the skin to find different tones, skin tone and not look so boring.
-Here I was making the necklace, you can see that it still lacked a bit of life even though it was blurry, I felt that it was missing something
