You're absolutely right that it's completely unfair, but here even talking to him things don't change and even get worse, the landlady is only interested in the economic aspect of having the rents paid and therefore there is no alternative, also because in order to wage war against him I need a resource that I don't have, that is time, it takes me less time to find a new house and organise a move than to make him understand that he has to buy toilet paper when the roll runs out.

As for the post I had thought about putting it there actually, but I decided to put it here because it's the community where I have the most friends and since I post rarely I wanted to inform them :)
