"Steam Train in Winter"

Hello again friends! I'm not quite sure why that is, but the winter season, with Christmas fast approaching, always gets me thinking about steam trains... Perhaps it is a buried memory from childhood, when daddy used to get the toy trains out and we played with them for hours on end. So this year, I channeled those thoughts towards a wintery train painting, which I would like to show to you today.
Hallo Freunde! Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, warum das so ist, aber die Wintersaison und das nahende Weihnachtsfest lassen mich immer an Dampfeisenbahnen denken... Vielleicht ist es eine verschüttete Erinnerung aus der Kindheit, als Papa immer die Märklin-Eisenbahn herausholte und wir stundenlang damit spielten. Dieses Jahr habe ich diese Gedanken in ein winterliches Eisenbahnbild kanalisiert, das ich euch heute zeigen möchte.
