Today at 12:00 pm mountain standard time I finally was able to catch 
The work out was sort of like bootcamp only harder ....haha just kidding. It was a good work out! If you are on actifit and haven't participated yet, I would urge you to try it.
Later that day I went on a walk through the neighborhood.
Some one put up the Canadian flag upsidedown on their fence. The upsidedown flag is a distress signal, they must think Canada is in trouble. With the politicians we have here, I would agree.
