Der gestrige Tag bestand größtenteils aus unserer Abreise aus Frankreich und einer viereinhalb- bis fast fünfstündigen Autofahrt. Dementsprechend habe ich relativ wenige Schritte gemacht und tatsächlich den ganzen Tag kein einziges Foto aufgenommen, außer eines vom Essen, um grob einschätzen zu können, wie viele Kalorien es waren. Abends habe ich mich dann auch nicht mehr großartig bewegt. Unterm Strich war der Tag also ziemlich basic und ehrlich gesagt auch eher langweilig.
Positiv ist aber, dass ich unter meinem Kalorienziel geblieben bin und mir diesen Punkt auf jeden Fall geben kann. Bei den Schritten bin ich mir allerdings ziemlich sicher, dass meine Freundin mehr gesammelt hat als ich. Jetzt, wo sie wieder zurück in ihre Wohngemeinschaft geht, kann man tagsüber auch nicht mehr ständig vergleichen. Das macht es spannender, aber auch motivierender. Ich bin auf jeden Fall gespannt, wie sich das Ganze in der kommenden Woche entwickeln wird.

Yesterday was mostly about our departure from France and a four and a half to almost five hour car ride. Because of that, I didn’t collect many steps and I didn’t really take any photos during the day, except for one of my food to roughly estimate the calories. In the evening, I barely moved at all. Overall, it was a very basic and honestly quite boring day.
On the bright side, I stayed below my calorie goal and can definitely give myself that point. When it comes to steps, I’m pretty sure my girlfriend had more than I did. Now that she’s back at her shared apartment, we can’t compare throughout the day anymore, which makes things more interesting and motivating. I’m curious to see how this challenge will develop over the next few days.
