Friday.
I took a walk in the afternoon, and another one in the evening.
Lets start with the afternoon, then something cute from this morning, then a silly googly intermission, something shiny, and then we'll end it with a cherry on top from the evening.

I tried a new track through the forest in the afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised with what it had to offer. Lots of fern, lots of green, mossy stumps, just lovely!
For those of you who have been paying attention, this route runs in parallel to the route where I discovered the pebble beetle a few fays ago.
And I found another beetle today, a real one this time, and he was posing for the picture like a pro.
Also, since it's friday and I found some fungus in the forest... is #fungifriday still a thing?
A good walk with lots of discoveries. But my personal highlight of the day happened in the morning.
Since I didn't go home yesterday, I drove there this morning to bring Snuggleberry some fresh treats.
It's been several weeks since we've had some quality time together and he's been living in my appartment pretty much all by himself.
I come by once or twice a week to check my mailbox and hide some fresh nuts for him and make sure he's got enough water.
We usually don't see each other during these quick visits, but today I was early and Berto was still awake!
More good news. I finally packed some #googlyeyes and found a good use for them almost immediately
Now this dude, let's call him "Vic Vape", with his fancy electric cigarette, can keep an eye on the road to the village supermarket.
We've done cute, we've done googly, let's get to something shiny... a Mr.Mime.
I caught him on the way to pick up Hazel from the train station, she's giving me comfort and company over the weekend. I'm glad to have her!
I showed her the Autobahn crossing little detour I discovered yesterday and we enjoyed a beautiful spectacle in the sky together.
