Beautiful weather, yet again.
Other than that, there's nothing much to say. I did my fair share of walking, like every day.
The average modern man, and woman, well... average modern any person walks less than 4000 steps during a day. That's not healthy!
Our bodies were made for walking. Walking at least 10000 steps every day will help to prevent almost all modern ailments, from diabetes to depression, walking can help to prevent or cure almost anything, mind and body.
I'm not making that up. I am watching a documentary about walking in the background as I type this report. Unfortunately it's in German, but it's really encouraging to keep going with my titular motto.
I think I am also coming up to reaching a 100 day actifitivity streak... I should do some counting.
