I didn’t make a post on Monday. It was a slow day and I didn’t even get to 5000 steps, so it wasn’t worth posting about.
Here’s my report for yesterday.
I trained the new guy on a bunch of different products that we make. I also had a lot of things that are quick to make, so it boosted my piece count for the day and also my step count on Actifit.
I always say that the piece count isn’t a good measure of productivity for the work I do since some pieces take twenty seconds to make, and others can take twenty minutes. It still gives a feeling of satisfaction when you finish the day with a high piece count.
I’ve been feeling tired and depressed lately. It’s that time of the year. It always hits me the worst around this time of year every year.
The daylight hours are getting longer now, so I’ll probably come out of it soon and start having the energy and the interest to go take more walks. Lately, when I get home, I don’t really feel like doing much, so I have been neglecting my walks among other things.
Anyway, I don’t have much else to say for now.
