As for moving my self . Me and lily some times walked slow through out our complex. There a long narrow walkway that leads to the main street. where we can do a good briskly walk. There is a big grassy area we spent alot of time.
Then we go back to our place. Am guessing over 200 ft . With turns. Am looking for award to having other activities. Right now this harder on me than house chores
