For more than a year I have rediscovered a sport that is often underestimated: aerobics.
Many practitioners of classic sports (running, team games, fitness) consider aerobics as something only for the fairer sex and continue to associate it with a light sports activity.
I must admit that I was not a fan of aerobics after some attempts in adolescence, wrong from the start. After a few years of karate training, I chose to go to an aerobics class where ladies of a good age came, but who dictated a slower pace of exercise. I was disappointed by these hours and I chose the rolls and walks in a sustained rhythm, as occasional activities.
My motivation to practice aerobics was different, however: I need sports to feel good, to have endurance and tone in other activities I do (going to the mountains is one of them). I went to aerobics after my teenage experience because it was the only sport I could practice in the evening. And it caught me ... so hard it became a habit.
