We are advised to exercise, physical effort in the style that suits us best, that makes us happy, so as not to look at this recommendation as a kind of punishment. Basically, there is no person who cannot find a suitable form of movement and who can perform it in the long run.
A healthy lifestyle involves a lot of exercise. I hope you notice that I do not say "sport", but "movement", because walking on the street, climbing stairs to the block, taking long walks (possibly at a brisk pace) in the nearby park we successfully fulfill that recommendation. Physical effort, evenly distributed during the week, even if of lower intensity, is more effective than that grouped in a few hours of intense work.
